Only one week remains to register for the popular Loro Piana Caribbean Regatta & Rendezvous, set to run from March 9 to 12, 2016. A total number of 21 vessels have entered the prestigious regatta so far, including some of the world’s finest superyachts.

The 2016 Regatta will host such majestic vessels as the 46m ELFJE, the 66,70m HETAIROS, the 58,60m PERSEUS3, the 46m UNFURLED, the 33,40m INOUI, the 27,70m ODIN, as well as the 38m P2. They will all compete to claim the Loro Piana Prize: The Boat International Media Trophy.

The Rendezvous, sponsored by Westport, will host a great variety of the most luxurious motor yachts on the water. All motor yacht owners are invited to join the event with an LOA in excess of 24m (80’) and above. Owners and their guests will be able to participate in the superyacht Cruise in Company, join the Treasure Hunt around the fantastic islands, as well as watch the nail biting regatta action.
Moreover, the Notice of Race for the Loro Piana Superyacht Regatta, running from June 7 – 11, 2016 is now available online. So far, 20 yachts have registered to take part in the regatta, including 13 Wallys, the 25,50m Firebird, the 24,10m Maegan, the 27,40m Tempus Fugit, the 35,70m Rapture, the recently launched 46m Unfurled, as well as the 33,40m WinWin.
