During the 60th edition of the Fort Lauderdale International Boat Show (FLIBS) Rossinavi and Pininfarina are to present a joint luxury yacht design, the SUPER SPORT 65.

Paolo Trevisan, Head of Architecture and Industrial Design Pininfarina, Greta Pininfarina, Federico Rossi

The luxury yacht concept takes inspiration from the first collaboration between the shipyard and the design studio in 2017, motor yacht AUREA. She is a sleek and sporty 65.5m/214.9ft that combines modern masculine lines with the latest technology for wide open social areas providing life’s luxuries. The main deck aft, foredeck and sundeck all have a generous spa pool in addition to a whole selection of sun-exposed and shaded alfresco dining and living areas. Subtle characteristic touches can be found throughout, such as the staircase design that was inspired by the air intakes on sports cars and joins seamlessly with the floor-to-ceiling windows.

SUPER SPORT 65 – model

The SUPER SPORT 65 is constructed entirely out of aluminium for a shallow draft of only 2.2m/7.2ft and excellent hull efficiency while cruising. The beam of 11m/36ft creates a spacious interior of 960 GT for 12 guests in six en-suite cabins and seven cabins to sleep and Captain and crew.

SUPER SPORT 65 FRONT

Quadruple MTU 16V 2000 M96L 1939 kW engines create a top speed greater than 30 knots, a fast cruising speed of 28 knots and a range of 4,000 nautical miles at an economical speed of 12 knots.

More details about the interiors have yet to be revealed by the shipyard.
