The outfitting stage will be held in the shipyard’s facilities in Norway. However, the yacht will then return to Romania for the fairing, deck laying and placement of accommodation layout.

Designed by Espen Oeino, mega yacht REV is expected to be completed in 2020 and will be available for private charters.

This exceptional yacht is being built for research purposes around the globe and will be able to accommodate 36 guests and 54 crew members. With the outstanding seakeeping capabilities, she will be able to cruise autonomously for up to 114 days with a range of 21,120 nm.

REV’s notable features include the “Green Pilot” system, eco-harvesting system, underwater observation space, submarines and other fantastic research equipment, auditorium, library and cinema. She will also possess some luxurious amenities usually found onboard mega yachts: fully equipped gymnasium, Jacuzzi, elevator, cinema and opulent living spaces.

Once delivered, REV will officially become the largest yacht in the world, as she will be 1 metre longer than AZZAM.
