Plans for Vuda Marina for Superyachts, Fiji
A New $40million luxury superyacht marina is reprorted to be will be built soon at Vuda Marina, Fiji in the middle of the South Pacific.
Marina director Tony Philp said the new marina would be an extension of the existing Vuda Marina complex with a manmade island on the reefs next to the entrance at the existing marina.
“This is going to be an upmarket superyacht marina,” he said. “It’s going to be one of its kind in the whole of the South Pacific.”
He said that they had planned for the marina to be completed within three years. “We will do everything to make it happen,” he said. “It will be an amazing destination for superyachts.”
Mr Philp said the work on the extension had already begun.
“We are doing our environmental studies,” he said.
He explained that the new marina would have facilities and a berth desgined especially to cater for superyachts up to 65 metres in length. The marina will have different choices of buyer packages included privately-owned luxury villas, each complete with own private berth, independent marina apartments as well as beachfront villages with sunset aspects.
The luxury marina will also include swimming pools, tennis courts, water sports and commercial spaces.
Vuda Point marina is planning to develop a new Superyacht extension to its existing marina complex.
With facilities and berths (6m in depth) designed to cater for superyachts (up to 65m in length), the development upgrade offers many unique investment opportunities.
Different choices of buyer packages include privately owned luxury villas, each complete with own private berth, independent marina apartments as well as beachfront villas with sunset aspects.
This new luxury marina annex will also include quality amenities, sporting facilities (swimming pools, tennis courts, water sports) and commercial spaces.
