2PO Design, a design studio based in Istanbul, Turkey, has designed an axe head boat concept based on a research into the mindsets of luxury consumers. MEES 37 yacht, designed by Mr Polatkan, is a minimalist, art-deco-style boat, with a lightweight composite hull, teak decking and tempered glass ceiling.

With a generous 4 metre beam, its handcrafted seating area will seat up to 10 guests on saltwater resistant leather upholstered chairs. An electric head will be located in the fore area of the boat.The electrical windows can be opened in the summer and give you the feeling of standing on a balcony or a terrace.

The MEES 37 boat will be powered by one 315hp Yanmar 6LPA engines and capable of a top speed of 25 knots.
