Hoek designed superyacht Velacarina is a splendid ketch with tall carbon spars, a deep draft keel as well as a spade rudder. She has separate crew quarters, a large engine room and a very special feature whereby the complete tender and outboard can be stored below decks in order to be able to explore remote areas such as the Antarctic and Iceland.
