Accompanied by senior members of the Feadship management team, the visit will give invited guests the chance to enjoy an exclusive private viewing of the luxury yacht Go that synthesises the inimitable quality of the Feadship brand.

Feadship has an unrivalled heritage in the superyacht market, with a history that goes back to 1849. The Dutch specialists have been building large yachts for individual clients in various South American countries over the past decades, with the first Brazilian owner taking delivery of the Lafitte in 1948. This beautiful yacht had a composite construction of mahogany planks with and aluminum and steamed ash frames. It demonstrated Feadship’s ability to work with innovative solutions and new materials, and was an important moment in the group’s expansion onto the world stage.

Another historic landmark in the Feadship success story came three years later at the 1951 New York Boat Show, the first time Feadship displayed its yachts in North America. More than half of the 250-plus Feadships launched have since been created for owners in the United States. And now, with the arrival of Go in Brazil, Feadship is firmly setting its sights on a new era of superyacht history in the south of the continent.

“Each Feadship is unique and reflects our commitment to perfect craftsmanship and superior technology,” comments Feadship director Bas Nederpelt, who will be accompanied on the visit to Brazil by the director of Feadship America, Timothy Hamilton. “Feadships are seen as the benchmark for the superyacht industry and we feel sure this is the time to personally introduce sophisticated yachting enthusiasts in Brazil with the finest product that money can buy.”

At 39 metres in length, the superyacht Go is one of the smaller vessels built in recent times by Feadship whose current order portfolio includes the first Feadship to pass the 100-metre barrier. Nonetheless, she is a superb example of the distinctive Feadship merits of first-class design, construction, engineering and fine detailing.

Feadship charter yacht Go‘s large master stateroom epitomises the calm atmosphere onboard, while the smart layout offers the option to transform two of the four guest suites into one full-beam VIP stateroom complete with lounge. A wide variety of ‘outdoor-in’ facilities make Go ideal for chartering should her owners choose to do so.

In March and April the Go yacht will be cruising in the Rio and São Paulo area.
