Launched in 2017, GAME CHANGER is a highly-customised luxury superyacht support vessel and an expedition yacht, which recently underwent significant modification at her home shipyard, DAMEN. Thanks to her size of 69.15 metres (227ft) she is able to host the latest high-tech equipment to engage in worldwide marine conservation, ocean research, ocean biodiversity documentation as well as luxury dive expeditions.

The entire modifications project was supervised by the Owner’s Representative, Mike Rouse and included the addition of new guest and crew areas, an exceptionally well-equipped dive centre with a custom set-up and tri-mix facilities by Moondog Diving. Game Changer is now certified for Arctic and Antarctic operations in compliance with the IMO Polar Code.

One of the features of this vessel is her custom-built C-Researcher submarine by U-Boat Worz which can dive to 1,100 metres (3,600 feet), in addition to the deep-rated Falcon ROV by Saab Seaeye (1000m/3300ft). Furthermore, she is also equipped with a fully-certified helideck and below-deck heli-hangar. Her custom-constructed Airbus H130 T2 helicopter is equipped with a Shooter 8k camera system, which allows for exceptional media capability on board.
