This year demonstrated to be an amazing campaigning summer for the 34m (112′) sailing yacht Unfurled. Launched by the prestigious builder Royal Huisman in 2000, Unfurled superyacht is a spectacular sloop, designed by renowned German Frers.

At the most competitively-contested Pendennis Cup yet, luxury yacht Unfurled took the gun for line honours in every single race. With the top podium place within her grasp, a navigational error in the last race forced Unfurled to sail a little futher than necessary. Still first home, she had to settle for an honourable Second Overall.

At the Cowes Superyacht Cup in July, Unfurled superyacht led the fleet on day one in challenging light air conditions, winning both Line Honours and First on corrected time. The continuing light airs increasingly favoured the ultra-lightweight inshore greyhounds over the next two days, but thanks to her relentless commitment, Unfurled was rewarded with Third Overall.
