Having recently undertaken the management of Yacht Haven Marina in Phuket, Thailand leading industry figure Michael Jarvin and the team at Advanced Marina Management are taking their extensive skills in effectively managing all levels of marina operations, to the world.
Yacht Haven Marina engaged Michael and the team (including Diane Kuhl, Michael’s colleague since 1985) to develop and implement global leading standards in marina management for their facility to ensure they have a successful and profitable marina, focused on delivering the needs of their marina tenants.

Michael and Diane have over 40 years experience in every facet of how to effectively and profitably manage a marina, and they’re now exporting this expertise internationally. This experience has been developed through hands on experience managing many of Australia’s leading marinas, and also taking an active role in the development of local Clean Marina initiatives and marina training programs.
