Set to run from June 18 to 20, SuperyachtDESIGN Week is the only three-day celebration of large yacht design, organised in partnership with Design Centre, Chelsea Harbour. The programme already reads as a who’s who of yacht design heavyweights. The three new amazing additions to the line-up are now sure to see that the event is cemented as a must-attend for anyone interested in the world of superyacht design.

Bringing a unique perspective from outside of the industry will be Peter Cullom-Kenyon, manager of colour and trim at Bentley. Leading a brainstorm session on material innovations, Cullum-Kenyon will discuss what is involved within the material selection process and what the yachting industry can take away from those looking from the outside in.

Also showing how car and superyacht designers can come together, Porsche’s Roland Reitenbach, Greenline’s Gianluca Ascheri and Mr
Zaman, owner, president and CEO of Royal Falcon Fleet will talk about the details behind their revolutionary catamaran. The brainchild of Zaman, the first catamaran of the fleet, the RFF135, is due to be launched later this year and promises to change our perception of yacht design.

Exploring what the future holds for the world of superyacht design and sharing ideas and innovations are primary aims of SuperyachtDESIGN Week and Benetti’s eponymous Design Innovation project embodies this ethos. A selection of top designers, including Dickie Bannenberg, Luca Dini, Ludovica Palomba, Marco Casali, Cristiano Gatto, Ben Harrison and Evan K Marshall, will present the unique concepts they conceived for Benetti’s custom range of superyachts.
