The Palm Beach International Boat Show 2026 unfolded under radiant Florida sunshine, setting the perfect stage for one of the most anticipated events in the yachting calendar. For the CharterWorld team, it was far more than an industry gathering – it was a shared experience that strengthened connections, sparked ideas, and reaffirmed a collective passion for exceptional charter experiences.
From the moment the team arrived in Palm Beach, there was a palpable sense of excitement. Surrounded by an extraordinary fleet of world-class yachts, CharterWorld proudly showcased several of its central agency vessels, each presented to perfection under the expert management of charter manager LJ Houghting. The atmosphere was vibrant, the docks alive with energy, and the yachts themselves gleaming – a fitting reflection of the show’s prestige and scale.
What made this year’s show particularly special was the opportunity for the team to come together in person. In an industry that spans continents, these moments of connection are invaluable. Conversations flowed as colleagues exchanged insights, compared experiences, and deepened their knowledge of the fleet. Senior charter broker Trina Howes highlighted the show’s unique appeal, noting it as
“…the only place to see some of the yachts which charter in the Bahamas all year round,” reinforcing its importance within the global yacht show circuit.
Throughout the event, collaboration was at the heart of the CharterWorld experience. Hadley Albanese and Trina engaged in thoughtful discussions around evolving client priorities, particularly fuel efficiency – an increasingly important factor in modern charter decisions. Meanwhile, Colin Srivastava and Trina reflected on the show’s accessibility and thoughtful layout, with Colin adding,
“…the show to me compares to the Greek show in Nafplio and even the best aspects of the Monaco Yacht Show”.
The consensus was clear: Palm Beach offers a uniquely curated experience that allows both brokers and clients to explore yachts in a relaxed yet highly informative setting.
Among the many standout vessels, one yacht captured the team’s collective admiration – 33m MY ARTEMIS. This striking Mangusta yacht impressed with her expansive sun deck, inviting bow jacuzzi, and beautifully designed interiors. Beyond aesthetics, it was the thoughtful details that set her apart. Customised for a former owner standing at 6’7”, the yacht boasts exceptional headroom, creating a sense of space rarely found in similar vessels. With four equal-sized cabins, ARTEMIS offers an ideal layout for four couples, highlighting how a charter vacation is comparable to other high-end travel experiences.
The onboard experience left a lasting impression as well. From elegant table décor to a relaxed, beach-inspired ambiance, every detail had been carefully considered. The yacht is captained by Grace Mott – one of the few female charter captains in the industry – whom the team recognised as one of the very best in the business, further elevating the appeal of this exceptional vessel.
Equally impressive were CharterWorld’s showcased yachts 60m MY ROCK.IT, 48m MY LADY JOY and 40m MY FAR NIENTE, whose crews welcomed countless visitors across the event. Feedback consistently placed them among the finest yachts on display, a testament to the dedication and professionalism of both crew and management.
As the show drew to a close, one message resonated across the entire team: the value of attending yacht shows cannot be overstated. Beyond the yachts themselves, it is the shared experiences – the conversations, discoveries, and moments of inspiration – that truly define the event.
For CharterWorld, the Palm Beach International Boat Show 2026 was not just successful – it was energising. It reinforced relationships, sharpened expertise, and left the team inspired by the incredible yachts and people that define this industry. Most importantly, it reminded everyone why they do what they do: to connect clients with unforgettable experiences on the world’s most extraordinary yachts.
