YachtProjects, a British run project management company located near Jacksonville, Florida has entered into a joint venture with Testbank Ship Repair in Hampshire, England. This Joint venture will promote both companies in the superyacht refit and repair sector of the market place, offering superyacht services on both sides of the Atlantic

The Testbank Ship Repair facility in the UK is equipped with a 1,000t ship lift, while the YachtProjects facilities in Florida include a 1,600t lift capacity and 400m of hurricane safe dock space.

A notable superyacht to use the UK facility was the Australian owned 60m superyacht Senses when she received a full bottom painting. Twelve years of paint was stripped back to bare steel and repainted, a full superstructure repaint was applied, and an annual class survey undertaken.  The British based 34m motor yacht Kiring was in the yard during the same period.
