Luxury explorer yacht RAGNAR has been delivered to her Owner and is now on her maiden voyage to Iceland to offer charters in the stunning Arctic Circle.

Expedition yacht RAGNAR was originally the ice-breaking support vessel SANABORG before she entered the Icon Yachts facilities for conversion. She meets the LY3 Code for large passenger yachts and has an ICE Class A1 hull. She now boasts interior styling from award-winning British design studio RWD, who followed the Owner’s brief to produce atmospheric surroundings inspired by medieval warfare and British heritage.

On board is a wide selection of amenities to entertain guests on long journeys, and among them is an observation lounge with library, a snow room and an extensive spa with massage room, sauna, steam room, a hot and cold foot spa and a rainforest shower. Outside, there is a large helipad with a refuelling station, a swimming pool and a Jacuzzi, plus plenty of space for sunbathing, lounging and dining outdoors.
The collection of water toys and vehicles includes a U-Boat Worx C-Explorer 3 submarine and four snow mobiles, quad bikes and jet skis.

The accommodation sleeps up to 12 guests across 8 en-suite cabins: 2 Master suites, 4 double cabins and 2 twin cabins. The professional and highly trained crew of 13 will ensure that everyone on board receives first-class service.
The summer is the best time to experience the Midnight Sun in Iceland, providing your group with plenty of hours to fit in water sports and entertaining, and plenty of light to capture the striking colours of each destination.
