Nick Mezas Yacht Design presents its new 49m motor yacht concept. This 49m superyacht design features a modern yacht with a new futuristic look and a recognizable silhouette when on the horizon, she represents an ‘architecture in a different way’.

There are some differences when comparing this 49m displacement yacht to more traditional yachts of this size. The 49m luxury yacht is a wide body yacht with the yacht tender garage located forward on the maindeck, a gym with a skylight and beach area aft and a new type of superstructure design.

As always, nick Mezas Yacht Design invested a lot of time to provide a practical, functional and spacious interior for both the guests and the crew while making sure that the crew could go about their duties without undue passage through guest areas.
The accommodation
Nick Mezas 49m superyacht offers 5 double cabins for 10 guests on both the lower and maindeck. The four cabins on the lower deck have direct access to the yacht’s gym and beach area located aft.

The owner’s or VIP full beam cabin on the maindeck includes a private study/office and a spacious en-suite bathroom with walk-in wardrobes.

The yacht tender garage is located forward on the maindeck and houses a 21ft tender, a 16ft rigid inflatable boat and other water toys.
The interior guest areas
The yacht’s maindeck boasts a full beam saloon with a bar, reading corner, lounging area and balcony hatches. When these hatches are opened, glass sliding doors can be opened to connect the yacht’s interior to the outside surroundings or the glass doors can remain closed, providing the visual connection.

The main dining room has been moved one deck up, on the bridge deck, where it is serviced by a pantry with direct access to the galley below.

The bridge deck also has a lounge and outside seating area.
Furthermore, the sundeck includes a Spa Pool and a large sunbathing/lounge area.
