Day 1 – Sunday

Arrive in Auckland. A Corporate Cab will wait for you and transfer you to the Sebel Suites in Auckland Viaduct. Enjoy the evening at the harbour, full of great restaurants, cafes and bars.

Day 2 – Monday (Breakfast)

Following the leisurely breakfast, you will be transferred to the Auckland helipad for a 12-minute flight over the northern beaches of the Gulf Harbour Country Club where you will lend next to the 1st tee. Enjoy the fantastic finishing holes, amazing ocean views, rolling terrain and classic, traditional values combined to make the Gulf Harbour Country Club one of the most thrilling golfing experiences in New Zealand. This 6,400 metre, par 72 golf course is located at Gulf Harbour on the Whangaparaoa Peninsula, just north of Auckland. It winds through native grasses and vegetation and has a natural look and feel from start to finish. The front nine is slightly hillier and has an open feeling, while the back nine wanders towards the ocean and culminates with some of the most scenic holes anywhere. Comparisons have already been made between Gulf Harbour and Pebble Beach Golf Links. The helicopter is waiting for you on completion of your round to take you back to Auckland and then onto the Sebel Suites.

Day 3 – Tuesday (Breakfast, Dinner)

Breakfast followed by a helicopter ride to play 18 holes at Titirangi Golf Club, which has a great history of hosting exceptional players from all over the world. It has been the venue of many international tournaments, including the New Zealand Open Championship. It is ranked as one of New Zealand’s top golf courses and is the only one in  the country designed by Alister MacKenzie. The course measures just over 6025 metres of the championship tees and provides a genuine challenge to all golfers. After the game you will be picked up and transferred to Auckland Airport for a short 40min scenic flight up the coast to the Bay of Islands. Here you will be transferred by coach to the Island Passage yacht, where you will be greeted with a welcome dinner prepared by the ship’s talented chef.

Day 4 – Wednesday (Breakfast, Dinner)

Following the breakfast, fly to play 18 holes at one of the world’s most famous golf courses – Kauri Cliffs. The par 72- championship golf course measures 6,510 metres and provides five sets of tees to challenge every skill level. Fifteen holes provide views of the Pacific Ocean, six of which are played alongside seaside cliffs. The beautiful inland holes wind through marsh, forest and farmland. Kauri Cliffs is beautiful and challenging but a delight to play. After golf the helicopter transfers you back to Island Passage. The remainder of the afternoon can be spent relaxing onboard with fellow passengers or you could enjoy the area’s great fishing. Island Passage yacht offers a range of Shimano rods, reels, tackle and lures. Dinner is served onboard from 7pm.

Day 5 – Thursday (Breakfast)

One of the main features of the Carrington Club golf course is that, although situated oceanside, it looks and plays like an ‘inland golf’ course, complete with rolling hills, vales, and natural water hazards but with the beautiful ocean views of its seaside location. The course is 6146 metres in length, par 72, and includes a mixture of terrains from rolling vales to challenging water holes. The course was created to accommodate golfers of all abilities and provides an excellent variety of hole play, from one of the longest par 5’s in New Zealand 605 metres, to one of the shortest over water par 3’s at 113 metres. Following, the helicopter will be waiting to fly you back to the ship after the round with dinner served at 7pm.

Day 6 – Friday (Breakfast)

Transfer by helicopter to play 18 holes at Kauri Cliffs. You have had 36 hours to contemplate the course to be prepared for this second round. The course changes its character depending on which direction the wind is blowing. After golf the helicopter transfers you back to the ship. The ships farewell dinner is served onboard from 7pm.

Day 7 – Saturday (Breakfast)

After breakfast you will be taken by coach to the Bay of Islands Airport. By this time you have visited some of the most beautiful charter destination in New Zealand and enjoyed numerous spectacular games of golf.
