The bespoke UK design studio, Rhoades Young Design, is proud to announce that the 49-metre sailing yacht Kamaxitha (Project Spirit of Tradition) has been shorlisted for the acclaimed World Superyacht Award 2013 in the category: ‘Best Sailing Yacht 40m+’. Kamaxitha superyacht represents a collaborative project between Dykstra Naval Architects, the Royal Huisman shipyard as well as project manager Jens Cornelsen. She bears a distinctly unique interior design by Rhoades Young.

Drawing inspiration from the pilot-cutters of yesteryear, the 49 m luxury yacht Kamaxitha is a spectacular classic ketch, combining art-deco influences with traditional yacht design detailing to create a unique yet authentic interior style.
