LULU I is a 23m Mangusta 73 model motor yacht from Overmarine Yachts, one of the most popular models ever built. She was completed in 2002 with a refit in 2012, and has been well maintained and is impeccable condition. She sleeps 6 guests across 3 cabins, all of which have en-suite bathrooms. EXTERIOR

The main deck aft features a spacious dining and seating area. Double-sided couch seating and additional chairs surround a dining table, allowing guests to enjoy casual al fresco meals under the sun or stars. The other side of the couch faces the stern, looking out over the generously sized swimming platform below. This platform is accessed via two stairwells on either side of the yacht, providing guests with convenient access to water toys.

On the foredeck, guests can kick back with a book or work on their tan using the broad built in sun pads.

INTERIOR

The main salon is accessed form the aft deck via floor to ceiling glass doors, which provide the space with an abundance of natural light. Inside, the open plan space has a wonderful airy feel and indoor-outdoor flow, helped by the lovely teak deck paneling. There is large, comfortable couch seating on both port and starboard sides, with an additional dining table on the starboard side for guests to enjoy casual meals.

The lower deck is accessed via the forward placed staircase, and leads into the galley and dining area. Here there is dinette seating opposite a breakfast bar, which has a door through to the galley kitchen. This space has a lovely, warm atmosphere, making it the perfect place to enjoy a casual breakfast or morning coffee.
