This motor yacht RESOLUTE is a 40 m 130 (ft) well proportioned composite vessel which was made at Westport Shipyard and her design plans were devised by William Garden and Gregory C Marshall. Sleeping 10 guests and 7 qualified crew, motor yacht RESOLUTE used to be 1519. This private motor yacht has been envisaged from the naval architecture of William Garden and Gregory C. Marshall. Pacific Custom Interiors produced her interior design brief.

William Garden was the naval architect involved in the formal superyacht plans for RESOLUTE. Her interior design was conceived by Pacific Custom Interiors. William Garden and Gregory C Marshall is also associated with the yacht general design work for this yacht. the United States is the country that Westport Shipyard built their new build motor yacht in. After the official launch in 2007 in Westport Wa she was delivered on to the happy owner following sea trials and testing. The core hull was built out of composite. The motor yacht main superstructure is made for the most part from composite. With a width of 7.92 m / 26 feet RESOLUTE has moderate interior. She has a shallow draught of 1.83m (6.6ft).

Fitted with twin MTU diesel main engines, RESOLUTE is able to attain a high speed of 29 knots. Connected to her MTU engine(s) are twin screw propellers (schaffran 5 blades). She also has an economical range of 2300 nautical miles when sailing at her cruise speed of 24 knots. Her total HP is 5470 HP and her total Kilowatts are 4025. As for bow thruster maneuverability she utilises Wesmar. With respect to the ship’s stabalisers she uses Naiad.
