Motor yacht SPIRIT OF RIO is a 21.32m (69' 11") Princess Y72 and features the very latest in Princess exterior design and interior finishes. The flybridge design from France, delivered in 2021, presents indoor and outdoor living areas which are optimised to create sociable yet practical spaces. Eight guests can enjoy four beautifully appointed cabins and two crew members are on board to ensure a comfortable and enjoyable charter.

EXTERIOR

The SPIRIT OF RIO is designed for outdoor living, featuring an extended hardtop with electric opening louvered roof section to allow sunlight or shade. The flybridge is the perfect place to entertain, offering a large U-shaped dining area opposite a fully equipped wetbar with electric barbecue, creating the ideal space to enjoy al-fresco dining.
The foredeck boasts a large u-shaped sofa, casual table and sunpads making it the ideal day time space to enjoy the sun and fabulous views. The aft deck offers an alternative for al fresco dining at an extendible table with plush seating and direct access to the main salon.

INTERIOR

The interior décor is contemporary and sophisticated and complements the views from the huge windows in the main salon. The salon features a large, delux sofa and additional seating as well as a spacious dining area and galley area. Glass doors lead from this dining area out to the aft deck, giving a choice of indoor or outdoor dining.
A private staircase leads down to the full beam master suite amidships and alternative stairs give access to three additional guest cabins forward to the bow.

Yacht Accommodation

The sophisticated owner’s stateroom is furnished with a sofa, dressing area and vanity desk wrapped and stitched in Livorno Stone leather for a contemporary finish. Luxurious surroundings exude from the owner’s stateroom with architecturally inspired feature panels, fresh linen wallcoverings and a bronze tint mirror to compliment the scheme. Other guests can enjoy three beautifully appointed guest cabins filled with light from the full-length hull glazing. An additional en-suite cabin with two single beds is positioned aft for crew or occasional guests.
