Luxury sailing yacht Blue Gold was built in 1982 by Benetti Yachts. With her 49.01m, she is the largest of a limited number of high-quality sailing yachts produced by the Italian shipyard and was originally called White Gull. Designed by Paolo Scanu, the yacht's naval architects were Laurent Giles and Fratelli Benetti. She was refitted in 2006 and accommodates up to 9 guests in 4 well-appointed cabins.

Blue Gold has 3 decks offering unrivalled comfort and relaxation in absolute privacy. She has vast deck space to rival a motor yacht and still offers a comprehensive list of modern amenities, toys and communications while not losing any of the elegance of a sailing yacht.

The spacious main saloon combines luxury and style. It is equipped with the latest state of the art entertainment and sound system. The décor is elegant and comfortable. Also on the main deck, is a convenient day head, a service pantry and the master cabin is located forward.

The dining room adjoins the salon and comfortably sits 8 guests, the creative and talented chef is always on hand to meet all your culinary requirements.

On the Bridge deck is the fully equipped pilot house with the ship's office suite and Captain's cabin. The outside helm station leads up to the private Flybridge sun deck which offers astounding 360° views. A beautiful and private alfresco dining area is found further aft and can be either shaded or opened out on to the sky. It adjoins a lovely sun lounging area.

With her CAT engines, she cruises at speed of 13.5 knots with maximum speed of 15 knots.

Yacht Accommodation

Blue Gold can accommodate up to 9 guests in 4 staterooms. The Master Cabin is located on the Main Deck and provides a King bed, office area, 2 walk-in closets, video conference system, TV, VCR/CD player and computer. The ensuite has a full tub and shower. The VIP Cabin offers a Queen bed with separate full bath and shower. 2 Twin Cabins, with combined tub and shower. (There is a single Pullman in each twin cabin which can accommodate a child). By special arrangement possible 5th cabin with Captains approval.
