GIGRECA an Admiral Silent 76 Yacht | From EUR€ 24,000 /wk

Sailing yacht GIGRECA is a Silent 76 yacht and the very first sailing yacht belonging to the Admiral Sail division by Admiral. Luxury yacht GIGRECA is a semi-custom yacht launched by the renowned Italian shipbuilder in 2014. She was refitted in 2021 and has a professional crew of 3, while 8 guests are accommodated in 4 cabins.

The deck saloon sailing yacht GIGRECA was built with a composite hull and deck, unlike other sailing yachts in her category, boasting double engine configuration which allows for safe and fast cruising, without compromising the performance under sail.

The Silent 76 GIGRECA yacht has a full custom hard top, made of aluminium and glass, delivering shadowed and protected area to the entire cockpit. She is characterised by a dark metallic grey hill with dark red waterline stripes, with a beige superstructure and hard top, aft roll bar and spars following the same colour scheme as her hull.

Beautiful views and plenty of natural light on the inside are offered by Gigreca’s large hull windows, which are directly bonded into the hull. Below the deck, Silent 76 sailing yacht GIGRECA is incredibly spacious, providing guests with areas that can be compared to those on much larger yachts.

The same spacious feeling is offered at the cockpit, where the sensation is similar to that on a 90-foot sailing yacht. The interior of the yacht was fully-customised by the owner. GIGRECA offers 4 large cabins, including one master cabin, one VIP, one double berth cabin and one double bunk cabin. All cabins are provided with an en-suite head with a separate shower.

Being a Silent 76, the core area of GIGRECA is represented by the slightly raised saloon, which features unparalleled volumes and a galley which forms and open space with the saloon itself. The chart table is also in this area, in a sort of continuity with the galley counter top.

All the interiors boast precious material normally found on motor yacht, including marbles, onyx, several kind of natural leather, which have been worked to become as light as possible, in order to minimise the impact on the performance of the yacht under sail.

The crew area can be found forward below deck, with direct access from deck (through a dedicated hatch), boasting a double bunk cabin, a separate head with integral shower, laundry corner with a washer dryer. This area also provides access to the sail locker which is at the very forward end of the hull.

On alternative layouts of a Silent 76 yacht there may be the possibility to have an actual separate crew quarter for permanent crew to live on board for long periods, and to be integrated with the galley area; on ‘Gigreca’ the owner is sailing the boat for himself, together with the family, and the crew is only intended to stay on board for short periods, helping the owner mainly for mooring operations and to keep the yacht clean and running.

The exterior, just like the interior, offers huge spaces with are completely dedicated to relaxation, socialising, sunbathing and al-fresco dining. The central cockpit at deck level is divided into two areas. The area aft is dedicated to the steering wheel stations and manoeuvring, with the forward area is all created for guests, featuring a double teak and stainless steel table, fridge and lounge areas.

Aft of the steering wheels, a flush deck area can be filled with cushions for sunbathing and from this area the deck access to the opening transom and garage can be found. This area is one of the key areas of GIGRECA yacht, being one of the biggest garages ever found on yachts of this size. This garage is able to provide space for one water jet tender up to 3,2 metres and a jet ski, one alongside the other.

Sailing yacht GIGRECA is easily sailed by a couple, without the need of an actual crew, with everything being ‘push button’ operated. The standard carbon boom can host an in-boom furling main which can be operated from the two pedestals with an electric system, while the mainsheet has two fixed points on the aft roll bar and it’s managed by a magic trim, concealed below deck at mast level.
