24m KIWI is a high performance sailing yacht, built in 2002 by shipyard Southern Wind, and with naval architecture from Reichel Pugh Yacht Design. Both performance and comfort have been prioritized, and as a result she has an excellent combination of both relaxed living areas and straightforward sailing features. Accommodation is for 6 guests over 3 cabins, with additional capacity for a professional crew of 4.

EXTERIOR

The deck features a large seating area, protected from the elements by a recessed dodger, and featuring a large dining table. Guests can gather here and enjoy casual meals and drinks together, or make use of the additional sun pads to soak up some sun. The deck is spacious enough that guests can also find a variety of places to sit and enjoy the views from the sides of the vessel.

The full-beam main salon features a large dining booth area to port, which can easily accommodate all six guests and more. On the starboard side are some comfortable armchairs, as well as a wall-mounted TV, creating an excellent space for socializing as well as catching up on the news.

Crew quarters are placed aft, and are separate from the guest spaces, creating additional privacy for guests.

Yacht Accommodation

Guest accommodation is for 6 guests over 3 en-suite cabins: a Master cabin, and 2 twin cabins. The Master cabin is placed forward at the bow, and features a large walk-around bed. There is plenty of storage, including two spacious wardrobes and a variety of cupboards. The décor is a combination of cream furnishing and walnut woodwork, with pops or orange colour to give the space a lovely warm feel. The cabin also has its own en-suite bathroom, which features a shower, toilet and sink. The two twin cabins are located amidships, aft of the living area, on both port and starboard sides. The port side cabin features two twin beds, while the starboard side had bunk beds. Both cabins each have their own ensuite bathrooms, with shower, sink and toilet. Crew accommodation is for 4, and is situated aft and separate of the guest areas.
