Build & Designing of Luxury Yacht SOUTHERN CLOUD

Herward AH Oehlmann was the naval architecture company involved in the technical nautical design work for SOUTHERN CLOUD. Herward AH Oehlmann is also associated with the yacht wider design collaboration for this boat. In 1989 she was formally launched with celebration in Skaerbaek and post sea trials and finishing touches was thereafter delivered to the owner who commissioned her. Faenoe Yachtvaerft A/S completed their new build sailing yacht in Denmark. A moderate proportion is manifested with a maximum beam (width) of 7.71 metres / 25.3 feet. With a 3.75m (12.3ft) draught (maximum depth) she is deep. The material composite was used in the building of the hull of the sailing yacht.
