The 28m motor yacht TYEE is modern and luxurious. She was designed by Horizon Yachts Naval Architecture, and the exterior was created by Cor D. Rover Design. She has a beam of 7.11m (23'4") and a volume of 187 GT. This beautiful yacht is smooth and can host up to 10 guests accommodated on board, and she also has accommodation for 4 crew members including the captain.

EXTERIOR

The main deck aft is furnished with four loveseats around a coffee table to create a relaxing and comfortable area for all guests, with bar facilities to starboard. Two stairways lead to the lower deck swim platform, which is broad and deep enough for lounging and sunbathing close to the sea.

The upper deck aft can be accessed through the sky lounge or via a port stairway from the main deck aft. This spacious area has room to host the tender and motorised water toys along the stern, with a Davit crane for their safe launch and retrieval. The rest of the area can be customised for alfresco dining or lounging.

On the foredeck, there is a C-shaped sofa and two raised tables ideal for drinks and casual meals while taking in the sweeping views. After a light lunch, guests can nap on the forward sunbeds.

INTERIOR

The lower deck layout places the guest accommodation forward followed by the engine room amidships and the crew accommodation in the stern. The Master suite is forward on the main deck, followed by the galley to port and the main foyer to starboard.

The formal dining area and main salon are combined into one large open-plan space, with the formal dining area forward seating up to eight guests in refined yet laid-back surroundings. Glass sliding doors on both sides open up the room to provide a more alfresco experience and a greater connection to the destination. The aft main salon consists of an aft-facing corner sofa lining the port side of the room, an armchair and nested coffee tables. The widescreen TV is mounted on the aft to starboard wall and will provide top-notch entertainment.

A stairway from the main foyer leads to the raised pilothouse, where a sliding partition behind divides the working area from the sky lounge. This second salon has a C-shaped sofa and coffee table to port, and a large widescreen TV to starboard that can be concealed within the cabinetry when not in use. The games table aft to starboard will seat up to four guests, and the glass sliding doors ensure that guests can have uninterrupted flow with the outside social area.

A pair of Caterpillar C18 Acert Diesel engines grant a top speed of 17 knots and a cruising speed of 10 knots.

Yacht Accommodation

The accommodation sleeps a maximum of 10 guests over 5 en-suite cabins: 1 Master suite, 1 VIP stateroom, 2 double cabins and 1 twin cabin. ~ The Master suite is placed on the main deck forward and comes with a king-sized bed with a widescreen TV opposite, a daybed to port and a desk vanity to starboard along with a wardrobe. The forward en-suite bathroom has two sinks, a toilet and shower. ~ The lower deck layout places the VIP stateroom forward, and within there is a queen-sized bed, widescreen TV, wardrobe and an en-suite bathroom with a sink, toilet and shower. ~ The double cabins are amidships to port and starboard respectively. Both have a double bed, widescreen TV, wardrobe and an en-suite bathroom with a sink, toilet and shower. ~ The twin cabin is to port between the double cabin and VIP stateroom. The room provides two single beds, a widescreen TV, wardrobe and an en-suite bathroom with a sink, toilet and shower. ~ The expert crew of 6 will ensure that all guests on board receive first-class service throughout their stay.
