Superyacht M&EM (ex. Amels 24207) is a limited edition luxury yacht by Dutch shipyard Amels, and featuring exterior design by Tim Heywood. She is the 7th hull in the shipyard’s custom 242 series, and was first announced in 2020 with a delivery date of 2022. She sleeps 12 guests across 6 generously proportioned cabins, and her dedicated crew of 19 will look after your every need. Listing – Synthesis (by me)

EXTERIOR

This spectacular super yacht features a raft of outdoor spaces to enjoy time with friends and family. On the main deck, the space is filled with a variety of couches, sun loungers and convenient coffee tables, making this the ideal spot to relax in the sun.

If salt water is more your thing, simply head down to the swimming platform below via either port or starboard stairwells to gain easy access to the sea and water toys.

Above on the middle deck is the main outdoors dining area. This space is sheltered by the deck overhand above, providing guests with a comfortable place for al fresco dining.

The spacious upper deck above features a hot tub, with a variety of couches, loungers and tables. This area’s elevated position provides incredible views of the surrounding area.

INTERIOR

Amidships on the main deck is an incredible 75 square-metre wellness centre. The centre can be configured to include a variety of wellness and relaxation options, including jacuzzi, hammam, sauna with outside window, gym, massage or beauty, shower and day head, inboard wet space, with a sofa and juice bar.

As well as the wellness centre, the main deck also features beautiful living and dining areas, with glass windbreakers ensuring uninterrupted ocean views.

Above the main deck is the fabulous Owner’s Deck. This dedicated deck holds the Owner’s suite forward, an amidships office and lounge area, which flows through to the aft deck outdoors dining space.

She can reach a top speed of 16.5 knots, and has a nautical range of 5,000 miles at 12.5 knots.

Yacht Accommodation

The accommodation is for 12 guests across 6 cabins, which consist of: 1 Owner’s suite, 2 VIP cabins, and 3 double cabins which can be configured as either double or twins. The luxurious Owner’s suite resides forward of the dedicated Owner’s deck. The suite features king-sized bed, his and hers ensuites and dressing area, and tasteful décor throughout. Amidships is an office area and lounge, which connect to the aft deck and dining area. Below on the main deck are two generously sized VIP cabins, and on the lower deck are the remaining 3 cabins. An experienced crew of 19 will provide guests with a five star experience during their stay.
