Originally launched by the leading Dutch shipyard Oceanco in 2005, LADY MAJA I (ex SEA WALK, LADY CHRISTINA) is an outstanding and luxurious 62-metre vessel, with last refit by Marina Barcelona 92 (MB'92) in 2014. She boasts beautiful and elegant interiors, designed by well known Francois Zuretti.

NOTABLE FEATURES OF LADY MAJA I : ~Full Cinema ~Bar ~Large beauty salon ~Gym and fitness area ~Steam room ~Spa Pool ~Extended main deck aft

LADY MAJA I is a magnificent vessel that offers lots of deck space as well as a very comfortable and luxurious interior. She features a large main salon with several conversation and relaxing areas. The salon boasts surround sound and drop down cinema screen and projector as well as a plasma TV with surround sound for a full cinema experience. It also has its own full wet bar cleverly disguised behind folding etched glass doors.

There is a formal dining room that is located forward on the starboard side of the main deck that spans roughly half the hulls width. A special feature of this dining room is the large opening window, one of three aboard, which gives this room the feeling of a terrace restaurant but without a ‘veranda’.

The upper saloon is incredibly bright thanks to her floor-to-ceiling glass doors to the aft side and four large windows on each side of the yacht. The forward bulkhead of the Upper Salon is covered in burl myrtle with inset panels of burl maple which has a light golden colour and is framed with a narrow pink string of rosewood.

All of the wood onboard LADY MAJA I is finished in a satin varnish which shows the beauty of the timber without the intimidating gleam of high gloss. The centre of the upper salon is dominated by a square of comfortable sofas and armchairs upholstered in off-white wool grouped around a glass-topped coffee table standing on elegant gold supports. In one corner of the room is a small curved bar topped with onyx streaked with reddish-pink patterns.

In the more public spaces onboard such as the hall and stairways, Zuretti has made lavish use of the zebra-striped timber Zebrano.

The exterior spaces are vast and include a large Sun Deck that boasts comfortable seats, Sun lounging chairs sheltered by a glass windscreen, a fully-equipped barbecue / bar area and an open-air table for al fresco dining set under the shade of the radar arch. Service has been well thought-out with a food lift or ‘dumb waiter’ from the galley and a hidden stair to a pantry on the owner’s deck, the stairs then continuing to the galley itself. There is also a day head on this level.

The Aft deck features a cocktail table that transforms into a dining table able to seat 8 guests. There are also sun pads for 6, and some ‘Love chairs’ for 4. There is indirect lighting installed throughout deck and the aft deck cocktail table transforms into dining for 8 guests.

The decks seem even more spacious with all the tenders hidden from view. No tenders can be seen from outside the yacht, instead they are carried in two ‘garages’ right aft with upwards opening doors on either side of the hull and overhead sliding hoists.

Apart from the space saving, a special advantage of this layout is that from the guest lobby on the lower deck, you can pass through a watertight door into these garages and beyond to the gym and stern platform without needing to cross the main saloon dressed for swim or the gym.

The aft area on the lower deck of LADY MAJA I offers the most surprising view of all where the usual lazarette area has been used for a gym and fitness area with upright patio doors onto the boarding platform and two skylights. This bright and well thought out gym incorporates a fully tiled steam room with fibre optic ‘twinkling star’ ceiling, and a shower. The Gym offers a Powerplate, Technogym Cross trainer, Combination rowing machine/bike, Free weights and bench, Various Fit balls and step.
