Her interior lay-out was totally transformed to provide four guests staterooms and a salon. She has however retained her huge guest areas on deck with Al Fresco dining area and sun bathing areas.

The yacht's wider design collaboration came from Diana Yacht Design. The professional naval architect firm plans are a creation of Diana Yacht Design. Sailing Yacht MATA MUA received her stylish interior designing from the interior design skills of H2 Yacht Design - Howard & Horsfield. In 1991 she was actually launched with celebration in Lemmer and post sea trials and final completion was then passed on to the new owner. Nv Scheepswerf Friesland completed their new build sailing yacht in the Netherlands. The main hull was crafted from steel.
