The X99 motor yacht model from Italian shipyard Extra Yachts (part of Palumbo Superyachts) was announced in 2020 with the first hull due for delivery in 2022. The naval architecture and exterior styling come from the shipyard in-house team in conjunction with Guida Design, and Luca Dini & Architecture produced her interior styling. The hull and superstructure are built in GRP with carbon reinforcements for excellent performance, stability and a shallow draft to access coastal areas that larger, heavier vessels struggle to reach.

Exterior and indoor social areas are spacious, and the accommodation sleeps up to 10 guests over four en-suite cabins, with the crew complement yet to be revealed by the shipyard.

EXTERIOR

The main deck aft provides a large environment for alfresco dining and outdoor living which is partially shaded by the flybridge overhang and can be further extended by the balconies on both sides of the cockpit. The foredeck is fitted with a Jacuzzi, and the sundeck will provide an alternative place to sit back and savour the views and the sunshine.

INTERIOR

The lower deck hosts the guest and crew accommodation, with the engine room aft of amidships and the tender garage behind accessed via a side hatch to starboard. On the main deck, the salon is furnished with C-shaped sofas and a dual-mode dining table and bar.

Twin MTU engines of 2,600 HP combined with hydro jet propulsion allow for an impressive top speed of 34 knots.

Yacht Accommodation

The accommodation sleeps up to 10 guests over 4 en-suite cabins: 1 Master suite, 1 VIP stateroom and 2 twin cabins. The Master suite is amidships to take advantage of the full beam, with the VIP stateroom in the bow and the two twin cabins to port and starboard respectively in between.
