The motor yacht LIONSHARE is a 39 metre 129 (ft) well sized aluminium boat which was manufactured at Heesen Yachts and conceived by Frank Mulder. The good sized tri deck yacht LIONSHARE is a very cleverly designed Dutch made superyacht which was launched to much satisfaction in 1987. Sleeping 12 guests and 7 crew, motor yacht LIONSHARE was formerly Extasea A; Catalonian; Lionshare ; Sarasvati. The naval architect responsible for her drawings on the yacht was Frank Mulder. The interior designing is created by Art-Line Interiors. She could be considered a traditional tri deck yacht.

Frank Mulder was the naval architect involved in the technical superyacht plans for LIONSHARE. Her interior design was realised by Art-Line Interiors. Frank Mulder is also associated with the yacht general design work for this yacht. Created by Heesen Yachts the vessel was constructed within the Netherlands. She was successfully launched in Oss in 1987 before being transferred to the owner. A moderate feeling is achieved with a total beam (width) of 7.59 m or 24.9 feet. With a 2.29m (7.5ft) draught (maximum depth) she is reasonably shallow. The material aluminium was used in the building of the hull of the motor yacht. Her superstructure above deck is fashioned out of aluminium. In 2009 further refit work and modernisation was in addition finished.
