21m KARAT II is a motor yacht from Italian shipyard Azimut, completed in 2017 and featuring interior design by Carlo Galeazzi. She features a wonderful fly-bridge deck, with plenty of room for relaxing and socializing. She can accommodate 8 guests over four en-suite cabins, including a full-beam Master cabin.

EXTERIOR

Her main deck aft features a cosy sitting area, with a plush couch lining the stern, and an accompanying fixed table, perfect for enjoying a coffee and admiring the views while underway or at anchor. This area looks over the swimming platform below, which is access via two stairwells on either side of the yacht, and which provides convenient access to the sea and water toys. The platform can also be used as tender storage.

Above on the flybridge deck is a wonderful, open plan living and dining area. Aft is a sitting area with three comfortable couches surrounding a convenient coffee table, which receives wonderful views over the stern. Forward on the starboard side is a large dining table with booth style seating. Opposite is a well-equipped barbecue station, on-hand to provide guests with delicious, fresh meals straight from the grill. Forward of this is the helm controls, with an additional seating area to port providing an excellent spot to enjoy the views coming into sight while underway.

The foredeck provides the best sunbathing spot, with broad sunpads and additional sofas creating a wonderful space to kick back with a good book or a drink.

INTERIOR

The main salon features a living area placed aft, with beautiful white couches providing ample room for guests to get together and relax. Amidships and up a few steps is the dining area, with a booth-style dining table on the starboard side. Opposite is a compact yet well-equipped galley kitchen, with modern appliances including a refrigerator, hob, oven and range hood. The whole main salon is also filled with light thanks to the large surrounding windows.

Her 2x Caterpillar C18 Acert engines of 1150 hp each provide an excellent top speed of 32 knots, and a cruising speed of 22 knots.

Yacht Accommodation

The accommodation is on the lower deck, and provides capacity for 8 guests across 4 cabins: 1 Master cabin, 1 VIP cabin, and 2 twin cabins. The full-beam Master cabin is placed amidships and features a queen-sized bed. A large window over the bed provides plenty of natural light, and on the opposite side is a raised seating area with two armchairs on either side of a desk table. The cabin features its own en-suite bathroom with toilet, sink and shower, and there is also plenty of storage space in the wardrobe and cupboards. The VIP cabin sits forward in the bow, and features a double bed. It’s positioning means there are windows on either side, as well as a skylight providing lots of natural light. There is a wall-mounted TV opposite the bed, as well as en-suite bathroom and ample cupboard storage. Between the Master and VIP cabins are the two twin cabins, one featuring bunk beds, and the other two single beds. Both cabins feature wall-mounted TVS, and share a bathroom nearby.
