The naval architect who actualised her drawings for this ship was Cantieri Di Pisa and Pier-Luigi Spadolini. Her initial interior design and styling was the brain child of Vivai Del Sud. Building & Naval Architecture of Luxury Yacht KAPPA

Cantieri Di Pisa Yacht Design was the naval architecture company involved in the formal superyacht plans for KAPPA. Also the company Cantieri Di Pisa and Pier-Luigi Spadolini successfully collaborated on this venture. Interior designer Vivai Del Sud was responsible for the internal interior ambience. In 1982 she was formally launched to triumph in Pisa and following sea trials and final completion was then passed on to the new owner. Cantieri Di Pisa completed their new build motor yacht in Italy. Her core hull was crafted from wooden. The motor yacht main superstructure is fabricated extensively with marine ply. With a beam of 7.56 metres or 24.8 feet KAPPA has moderate internal space. A reasonably shallow draught of 2.13m (7ft) affects the amount of overall marinas she can visit, taking into account their specific characteristics. She had refit maintenance and changes carried out in 1999.
