The graceful boat has been created with the naval architecture of Diaship Design and Omega Design. Velendric Design was involved in the interior design and styling.

Diaship Design was the naval architecture company involved in the technical vessel plans for JANGADA IV. Her interior design was realised by Velendric Design. Diaship Design and Omega Design is also associated with the yacht wider design collaboration for this yacht. the Netherlands is the country that Heesen Yachts completed their new build motor yacht in. After official launch in 2001 in Oss she was delivered on to the owner having completed sea trials. A spacious feeling is brought about with a widest beam (width) of 8.3 m / 27.23 feet. With a 2.6m (8.53ft) draught (maximum depth) she is shallow. The material steel was used in the building of the hull of the motor yacht. Her superstructure over the hull is created out of aluminium.
