Stefano Righini was the naval architect firm involved in the formal vessel composition for IRISHA. Her interior design was conceived by Carlo Galeazzi. Stefano Righini is also associated with the yacht general design work for this yacht. Created by Azimut Yachts the yacht was fabricated in the yacht producing country of Italy. She was officially launched in Viareggio in 2007 before being delivered to the owner. The hull was crafted from composite. The motor yacht main superstructure is made mostly from composite.
