Howard Apollonio was the naval architecture company involved in the formal nautical composition for EMERALD ISLE. Her interior design was completed by Susan Puleo. Howard Apollonio and Glade Johnson and Ed Monk Yacht Design is also associated with the yacht general design work for this yacht. Built by Christensen Shipyards the vessel was constructed in the United States. She was successfully launched in Vancouver Wa in 1992 before being delivered to the owner. Her hull was built out of composite. The motor yacht main superstructure is made mostly from composite. With a width of 8.17 m / 26.8 ft EMERALD ISLE has spacious interior. A shallow draught of 2.13m (7ft) limits the number of ports she can berth in, taking into account their individual depth at low tide.
