The yacht's general design work came from Trident and Sergio Cutolo and Wesley Carr. The formal naval architect drawings are a creation of Trident. Motor Yacht CRILI received her elegant interior designing from the interior design firm of Dalton Designs Inc. Created at Trident Shipworks the vessel was completed in the known yacht building country the United States. She was officially launched in Tampa Fl in 1999 before being handed over to the owner.
