Built at Ray Kemp the yacht was constructed in the recognised yachting country Australia. She was officially launched in Woodbridge Tas in 1979 before being delivered to the owner. Her core hull was built out of pine wood. The motor yacht main superstructure is fabricated for the most part using wood. With a beam of 6.71 metres or 22 feet ILUKA II has moderate room. She had refit maintenance and modification carried out by 2002.
Coupled to the ILUKA II engines are twin screw propellers. For stabalisers she utilises Vosper.
