Frank Mulder was the naval architect firm involved in the formal nautical design work for CALAF. Also the company Frank Mulder expertly worked on this undertaking. Built at Heesen Yachts this yacht was fabricated in the recognised yachting country the Netherlands. She was officially launched in Oss in 1992 before being delivered to the owner. A reasonable feeling is brought about with a widest beam (width) of 7.65 m / 25.1 ft. With a 2.13m (7ft) draught (maximum depth) she is reasonably shallow. The material aluminium was used in the building of the hull of the motor yacht. Her superstructure above deck is built out of aluminium.
