A General Description of Motor Yacht VILLA REIS
This motor yacht VILLA REIS is a 40 m 131 (ft) large GRP composite vessel which was developed by Mondomarine and designed by Mondomarine & Sydac and Studio Vafiadis. Christened by 2008 the comparatively recent internal styling showcases the creative modernity from Luca Dini Design and their approach to interior yacht design.
The Construction & Yacht Design with respect to Luxury Yacht VILLA REIS
Mondomarine & Sydac was the naval architect involved in the formal superyacht plans for VILLA REIS. Her interior design was conceived by Luca Dini Design. Mondomarine & Sydac and Studio Vafiadis is also associated with the yacht general design work for this yacht. In 2008 she was formally launched with accolade in Savona and following sea trials and final completion was thereafter passed on to the new owner. Mondomarine completed their new build motor yacht in Italy. Her main hull was constructed with GRP composite. The motor yacht superstructure is fabricated for the most part from grp. With a beam of 8.6 metres / 28.22 feet VILLA REIS has spacious size. A shallow draught of 2.2m (7.22ft) limits the number of overall ports she can berth in, taking into account their particular characteristics.

Installed with twin MTU diesel main engines, VILLA REIS is able to attain a high speed of 18 knots. She is driven by twin screw propellers.
