Admiralty was the naval architecture company involved in the professional nautical plans for SONDRA II. Also the company Admiralty expertly worked on this project. Canada is the country that Port Carling Boat Works completed their new build motor yacht in. After the official launch in 1943 in Port Carling On the boat was afterwards released to the happy owner following sea trials. A moderate proportion is manifested with a maximum beam (width) of 5.52 metres / 18.1 feet. With a 1.46m (4.8ft) draught (maximum depth) she is fairly shallow. The material wooden was used in the building of the hull of the motor yacht. Her superstructure above deck is built with the use of wood.
