Shipyard Work & Design of Luxury Yacht RAPTURE

Farr Yacht Design was the naval architecture company involved in the formal nautical design work for RAPTURE. Her interior design was conceived by Nauta Yachts. Farr Yacht Design is also associated with the yacht wider design collaboration for this yacht. In 2007 she was actually launched with accolade in Cape Town and following sea trials and detailing was then delivered to the yacht owner. Southern Wind Shipyard completed their new build sailing yacht in South Africa. Her main hull was built out of composite. The sailing yacht superstructure is fabricated predominantly with composite. With a beam of 6.7 metres or 21.98 ft RAPTURE has moderate room. She has a deep draught of 3.6m (11.81ft).
