Dixon Yacht Design was the naval architect involved in the technical superyacht design work for LIARA. Also the company Dixon Yacht Design successfully worked on this venture. Interior designer Dixon Yacht Design / Owner was responsible for the overall interior styling. Created by Southern Ocean Marine Limited this vessel was fabricated in New Zealand. She was successfully launched in Tauranga in 2009 before being transferred to the owner. The total length of the luxury yacht on deck is 32 (105 ft). With a beam of 7 metres or 23 feet LIARA has reasonable size. A fairly deep draught of 5m (16.4ft) limits the list of certain marinas she can enter, contingent on their individual depth.
