This motor yacht LAMU is a 51 m 167 (foot) large steel ship which was crafted at John Lewis & Sons and her design is by John Lewis & Sons. This gracious superyacht has been created by naval architects John Lewis & Sons. John Lewis & Sons undertook the interior design.

John Lewis & Sons was the naval architecture company involved in the technical nautical design work for LAMU. Her interior design was realised by John Lewis & Sons. John Lewis & Sons is also associated with the yacht wider design collaboration for this boat. the United Kingdom is the country that John Lewis & Sons completed their new build motor yacht in. After official launch in 1953 in Aberdeen the boat was afterwards released to the proud new owner following final finishing. The hull was constructed with steel. The motor yacht superstructure component is fabricated predominantly with steel. With a beam of 8.6 metres / 28.22 feet LAMU has fairly large room. A fairly deep draught of 4.66m (15.29ft) limits the number of certain ports she can visit, contingent on their specific characteristics. She had refit maintenance and changes carried out in 2004.
