A General Description of Motor Yacht KOLAHA

This motor yacht KOLAHA is a 48 m 156 (ft) spacious steel luxury yacht which was crafted at Isa (International Shipyards Ancona) and designed by Isa Yachts and Walter Franchini. Completed for 2005 the comparatively recent interior decoration demonstrates the distinction in the designing of Cristiano Gatto Design Team.

Isa Yachts was the naval architect involved in the professional nautical design work for KOLAHA. Her interior design was realised by Cristiano Gatto Design Team. Isa Yachts and Walter Franchini is also associated with the yacht wider design collaboration for this yacht. Italy is the country that Isa (International Shipyards Ancona) completed their new build motor yacht in. After official launch in 2005 in Ancona she was released to the yacht owner after sea trials and testing. Her hull was built out of steel. The motor yacht main superstructure is made largely using aluminium. With a beam of 8.6 m / 28.2 ft KOLAHA has spacious room. A fairly shallow draught of 2.74m (9ft) determines the number of ports she can enter into, taking into account their individual depth. She had refit maintenance and changes carried out in 2007.

Fitted with twin MTU diesel main engines, KOLAHA can reach a top speed of 17 knots. For propulsion KOLAHA has twin screw propellers. Her total HP is 4730 HP and her total Kilowatts are 3481. For stabalisers she utilises Rodriquez Marine Systems.

Further Information On The Yacht

In October 2009 KOLAHA sailed to Vallauris, in France. KOLAHA also navigated the cruising ground within Département des Alpes-Maritimes during Sept 2009. Her deck material is predominantly a teak deck.
