The yacht's wider design collaboration came from Vripack Naval Architects and Dick Boon. The technical naval architect plans are a products of Vripack Naval Architects. Motor Yacht INCENTIVE received her stylish interior designing from the interior design firm of Claudette Bonville. In 2004 she was formally launched with celebration in Sturgeon Bay WI and post sea trials and final completion was thereafter handed over to the owner. Palmer Johnson Yachts completed their new build motor yacht in the United States. The hull was crafted from aluminium. The motor yacht superstructure is made for the most part with aluminium. With a width of 8.53 m / 28 ft INCENTIVE has fairly large size. She has a shallow draught of 2.23m (7.3ft).

INCENTIVE is installed with two CATERPILLAR diesel engine(s) and can reach a comparatively good speed underway of around 14 knots.
