Cantieri Navali Riuniti was the naval architect involved in the technical nautical design work for DAUNIA. Her interior design was realised by Marcelo Penna. Cantieri Navali Riuniti and Marcelo Penna is also associated with the yacht general design work for this yacht. In 1965 she was formally launched with accolade in Ancona and post sea trials and final completion was thereafter delivered to the new owner. Cantieri Navali Riuniti (Cnr) completed their new build motor yacht in Italy. Her main hull was crafted from steel. The motor yacht main superstructure is fabricated extensively using steel.
