This motor yacht CALMA III is a 40 metre 130 (ft) well proportioned vtr superyacht which was completely constructed by Fipa Italiana Yachts - Maiora and designed from the design board of Roberto Del Re and Fipa Italiana Yachts. Sleeping 12 passengers and 6 qualified crew, motor yacht CALMA III was once called Maiora 38. The firm of naval architecture whom authored this yacht's design work with respect to this ship is Roberto Del Re and Fipa Italiana Yachts. The interior styling was created by Fipa Italiana Yachts.

Roberto Del Re was the naval architect firm involved in the formal nautical design work for CALMA III. Her interior design was conceived by Fipa Italiana Yachts. Roberto Del Re and Fipa Italiana Yachts is also associated with the yacht wider design collaboration for this boat. Italy is the country that Fipa Italiana Yachts - Maiora constructed their new build motor yacht in. After the official launch in 2006 in Massa she was then passed over to the owner having completed sea trials. A reasonable feeling is manifested with a maximum beam (width) of 7.6 m / 24.95 ft.
