The New Build & Yacht Design of Luxury Yacht ALLAHOU

Lurssen was the naval architect involved in the formal vessel design work for ALLAHOU. Lurssen and Udo Borz is also associated with the yacht general design work for this boat. In 1965 she was actually launched to accolade in Bremen and post sea trials and finishing touches was then handed over to the owner who commissioned her. Lurssen Yachts completed their new build motor yacht in Germany. Her core hull was constructed with wooden/alloy frames. The motor yacht superstructure component is made extensively using teak. With a beam of 5.88 metres / 19.3 feet ALLAHOU has reasonable size. A shallow draught of 1.5m (5ft) affects the number of worldwide harbours she can visit, taking into account their particular depth at low tide. She had refit maintenance and alteration work carried out by 2004.
