The YS 5009 series motor yacht TIME OFF from Damen Yachts is a 55.5m/185ft support vessel model constructed with a steel hull and aluminium superstructure and fitted with the shipyard's innovative sea axe bow for safe and speedy transit in rough seas. Examples of the YS 5009 include support vessels AXIS (ex.FAST & FURIOUS), POWER PLAY and SHADOW. The accommodation sleeps a maximum of six guests over three spacious en-suite cabins, with a staff and crew of up to 20 for efficient operations in remote regions.

EXTERIOR

The main deck aft is an extensive area providing 240m²/2,583ft² with a beam of 9.25m/30ft to store an extensive collection of motorised and submersible toys, and the deck also has the capacity to be used as a helipad. An A-frame and Davit crane can be fitted for fast and safe launch and retrieval of vehicles, and when the area is clear it can be used for sunbathing and lounging with a canvas shade protecting sofas and coffee tables. Steps lead down to the swim platform where there is easy access in and out of the sea via a ladder.

A 50m²/538ft² sundeck is placed behind the wheel house and provides an outdoor lounge area shaded by canvas and offering uninterrupted views over the aft. Meanwhile, the foredeck has room to walk around for observation.

The lower deck hosts the crew and staff accommodation, with the guest accommodation placed forward on the main deck. Behind the guest accommodation is the large galley designed for fine dining as well as set-up and support for beach parties. The aft section of the main deck hosts a spacious 30m²/323ft² lounge that enjoys 180° panoramic views.

4 x CAT 3512 engines produce a maximum speed of 20 knots and a range of 5,000 nautical miles while cruising at an economical 10 knots.

Yacht Accommodation

The accommodation sleeps a maximum of 6 guests over 3 en-suite cabins, while a crew of 7 will take care of everything on board. There is also additional accommodation for a maximum of 20 crew and staff to ensure dive operations and helicopter flights run efficiently in isolated areas.
