The yacht's wider design collaboration came from German Frers. The technical naval architect firm drawings are a products of German Frers. Sailing Yacht SYL received her elegant interior designing from the interior design skills of Victor Tebar / Barcos Deportivos. In 2003 she was formally launched with accolade in Tarragona and following sea trials and final completion was thereafter handed over to the owner who commissioned her. Barcos Deportivos Sl completed their new build sailing yacht in Spain. A spacious proportion is manifested with a widest beam (width) of 9.07 m or 29.6 ft. With a 6m (19.7ft) draught (maximum depth) she is reasonably 6 (19.7 ft). The material aluminium was used in the building of the hull of the sailing yacht. Her superstructure above deck is built with the use of composite.
